Selective picking, in several passes, of botrytised grapes, called late harvests in other regions.

The balance of sugar (200g), alcohol (11% alc.) and acidity (6mg, H2SO4) makes this an intense, rich and deliciously fragrant.


Pairs delightfully with foie gras, blue-veined cheese and a dessert accompanied by almond cream
