40% Ugni blanc, 35% Rolle and 25% Sauvignon blanc


Wonderful balance of maturity and freshness, so typical of the inland region.
Fruity, discrete yet present, with great minerality, iodised; length in the mouth with a citrus finish. Goes beautifully with shellfish, grilled fish and also goat’s cheese.
Perfect at aperitif time with wedge shell clams and some green olives.
